This 44 lb. benchtop dynamo’s entire body is constructed of cast iron with a fully-enclosed industrial housing with factory-sealed, pre-lubricated ball-bearings for reliable, long life use. Rubber mounts at the buffer’s base help eliminate movement, plus dampen vibration.

Safety first. This new JET buffer was designed with operator safety in mind. The buffer’s motor includes brake resistors to shut down the wheels’ rotation so they come to a complete stop in less than 20 seconds.

Another big advantage of this industrial buffer is its variable-speed motor that operates from 900 to 3600 RPM. Plus, there’s no on/off rocker switch. The power interface features an electronic touch pad panel with a power on/off control, flanked by up and down arrows to adjust and monitor the buffer’s speed.

The Dual Station Abrasive Pipe Notcher is made to last with heavy gauge steel construction throughout. This multi-tasking machine is engineered to notch pipe from ½ to 2 ½ in. diameter at the front station. It is capable of notching angles from 90 to 30o by use of a multi-positional hand lever vise.

Have you ever noticed how hard dipsticks can be to read? You get that weird “v” looking thing on the side of the stick or some squiggly line craziness with one side reading higher than the other. Your oil level is about as clear as mud right? This leaves you the tough job to interpret what exactly these incoherent results mean and what's worse they're not even consistent. They change every time you check your oil! OEM dipsticks are not nearly as accurate or repeatable as they can be.

Why? All OEM Dipsticks suffer from the same problem. A seal on the handle required for sealing the crankcase is the culprit. When you insert the dipstick handle into it’s tube, that seal pushes and pulls a pocket of air trapped inside the dipstick tube. This intern, causes the oil level around the dipstick to move in response. How much it moves depends on a variety of factors, all of which lead to the rampant inconsistencies found when using OEM dipsticks.

The truck bumper line consists almost entirely of 3 piece plate bumpers. These modular bumpers allow for ultimate design flexibility and allow the designers at DV8 Offroad to create a stout and light weight bumper that can ship via standard ground shipping. The 3 piece design allows for easy replacement if one of the pieces is damaged in an accident and also provides the opportunity to swap out the end pieces for a different style ie baja, plate, high clearance etc.
